Package 1

Starting from $8,000 per annum

Your perks:

  • Dedicated login details to view all upcoming events and information associated

  • Designated Event Manager (no dealing with different people!)

  • Unlimited communication between the hours 8am-8pm.

Perks for you and the client:

  • Floorplan and Running Order creation, management and distribution

  • Event Order creation and management  

  • Communication with client

  • Booking management – including but not limited to menu selection with dietary requirements, contract management, vendor coordination, final numbers etc.

Package 2

Starting from $14,000 per annum

Including all from Package 1 PLUS:

  • Dedicated Event Manager for client site inspections

  • Face to Face Event Order meetings 1 week prior

  • Website and social media advertisement with Showtime Occasions

Package 3

Starting from $22,000 per annum

Including all from Package 1 and 2 PLUS:

  • Dedicated on floor Event Manager for bump in, staff briefing and event duration (up to 12 per year)

  • One 2 hr staff workshop day every 6 months – learn to prep, and manage events, run them smoothly, read event orders etc.

  • Have your enquiry form sent directly to us

Package 4         Limited Spaces Available

Starting from $38,000 per annum

Including all from Package 1, 2 and 3 PLUS:

  • 2 chosen Special events creation, execution and advertising (e.g. Mother’s Day, Melbourne Cup, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day).

  • Special event collateral creation.

  • Full event marketing and social media take over.

EXTRAS

Available with all packages

12 month social media takeover/management - $3,000

Recruitment - $500 per position

Additional staff workshops - $750

Additional on floor Event Manager (8hrs) -$200

Additional special event take over (3) $ 20,000
